Paul Westhorpe, Chief Executive Officer
Paul Westhorpe has a strong history in serving the online marketing industry with over 15 years experience in e-marketing. Prior to Bamboo Cricket, Paul joined Yesmail as SVP Business Development following the acquisition of Digital Connexxions Corporation where he served as founder and CEO. He has managed and consulted the publishing vertical for FloNetwork (a leading direct marketing and email software/services ASP that was later acquired by DoubleClick). Under his leadership, the company established itself as the premier supplier of e-marketing solutions services to the publishing industry. Prior to founding Digital Connexxions, Paul founded Cityscapes.net, an online advertising company. In addition, Paul co-founded Atlantic Connect Inc. Within one year, the company grew to become the largest Internet Service Provider in Atlantic Canada. Paul is also a recognized speaker in the area of e-marketing focusing on subscriber acquisition and retention and data management. Previous speaking engagements include DMD New York, American Marketing Association, BPABPA and Internet World.
Barbara Westhorpe, President
Barbara Westhorpe has a 15-year history in online marketing and serving e-marketing clients. She formed Bamboo Cricket in early 2006 to provide an online solution for processing of inbound email. Under her direction the company has expanded its offerings in 2007 to include live chat. As President, Barbara oversees operations and is committed to building long-term relationships with Bamboo Cricket’s customers.
Prior to the inception of Bamboo Cricket, Barbara was co-founder of Digital Connexxions Corporation, which was purchased by InfoUSA in 2006. The company established itself as the premiere supplier of e-marketing solutions services to the publishing industry, and was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 50 Technology Companies. Prior to Digital Connexxions. Barbara was a founding partner in Atlantic Connect Inc. that grew to become the largest Internet Service Provider in Atlantic Canada and later sold to Hookup Communications in 1996.
Susan O’Neil, Vice President of Client Services
Susan is responsible for managing the Client Services team in all aspects of client engagement as well as leading product direction and development planning. She is a seasoned client services executive with over 15 years of traditional and online experience. Prior to joining Bamboo Cricket, Susan led the Toronto Client Services team for Yesmail, Inc. working with top clients such as Conde Nast Publications, Penton Media and Datran Media to deliver successful revenue generating e-marketing programs. Susan also managed the Project Management Office for dthree, inc., an interactive agency, and was Director of Operations for beer.com . In addition, she was Director of Client Services for Integram Marketing Group, a traditional full-service agency, delivering programs for clients such as Gillette, TD Waterhouse, Pepsi and Microsoft.
